Tha Lane Village is a small fishing village. During the tour, we will pass through Crocodile Cave, narrow and wide waterways, and paddle around limestone cliffs while enjoying views of stalactites and stalagmites.
One of the highlights of Ao Tha Lane is the Canyon, a 400-meter saltwater passage surrounded by tall, lush limestone cliffs.
During the trip, we may see a variety of wildlife, including macaques, kingfishers, crabs, fish, and mudskippers. We will also learn about the Chao Lay community, also known as the Sea Gypsies, who lived in the Tha Lane area many years ago.
Evidence of their way of life and cultural traditions can still be seen today. There are also two ancient cemeteries visible during the kayaking trip in Ao Tha Lane.
Tha Lane has a long history, and one sign of this is the ancient colored paintings on the limestone cliffs. During the tour, if the sea level allows, we will have a chance to see them.
