All bookings made through our website are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations by the Customer

You may request a full refund or request changes to your booking until 8:00 PM on the day before your tour date.

2.2. Cancellations by the Company

If KRABI ATTRACTIONS cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

– receive a full refund, or

– reschedule to another available date.

2.3.Changes to Bookings

Requests to change the tour date, number of guests, or tour type must be submitted no later than 8:00 PM on the day before the scheduled tour. All changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Refunds are typically completed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method and payment provider processing times.
Bank, payment, or transaction fees may apply depending on your payment provider and may be non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure

KRABI ATTRACTIONS is not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies. Refunds in these cases will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
